Garrot sees that water bottle, and it makes Gail's deflection that there's nothing on his mind almost comical. And then he mentions surviving the next two weeks and going home, two things that are clearly going to be very big deals! One of them involves having your life in danger! So Garrot starts to laugh; it's loud and even a little condescending for the entire second it happens!

"Stop lying, man!" Garrot shakes his head, wiping a tear from his eye. "There's no way you're not worried about this. Two weeks of monsters? Reporters asking you all those questions?" He sighs, before smiling bright and wide, admittedly one that doesn't show off the points of his teeth quite as much. "That shit stresses me out, and I'm used to the spotlight!" And then he gets a mischievous look on his face. "...Unless you plan on just splatting all the monsters for us?"
