When Gyre and Luka finally arrive at the train station, Luka can only think about how badly he needs to work on his cardio. He's feeling winded, and certainly glad he decided not to wear the platform boots this morning. But soon the overwhelming pull of the monster's presence and the reality of the situation rights his train of thought.

"Can you see it, Gyre?" he asks. "What does it look like?"
