Zafika watches Matilda fumble around for a bit, but once she seems to have her bearings a little, they take a step towards the street again. "I'll keep that in mind.. but for now, focus on keeping yourself safe, okay?" They glance back at her one more time, before they run out of the alley and take a sharp turn right towards the monster.

They're heading straight towards it head first, but before they get to the steam-zone, they veer to the monster's right side and... run past it. But the moment they're behind it, they do a quick 180 turn, using that to add some more force to the slash of their glaive. Time to test if this thing can stay upright without its leg.
