These two were quite the team! The jiggling spear in the monster's side results in a fresh splattering of foul-smelling monster blood, the rotten fish stench especially pungent in this moment. Its hands grab the pole of the spear, pulling itself forward towards Garrot Prime while simultaneously using the motion of the spear to impale itself deeper on the offending weapon. It's pulling it deeper to get closer to him with more and more arms. Hey buddy, the monster's here to give you a hand!

At least that was its plan up until Garrot Classic pulls a hero move and cleaves into its arm-meats. Blood splatters out from the impact point along with a fresh helping of sulphury-strawberry scented air. He succeeds in his strike as several arms from the monster come splattering down to the ground. There's some unmistakable damage there.

But the rest of the arms that aren't preoccupied by the spear lurch upward and grab the sword. They immediately try doing the same thing, trying to wrench the weapon free from his grasp and pull it in. But it's now being pulled in two directions while it's bleeding all over and... honestly it's not looking too hot! Can a monster die of blood loss? Maybe?
