He sits back and stares at his phone for awhile, reaching up to fix his glasses so he can be certain he's reading this right.
He is, and he learns two things in this moment. Garrot wants to be his friend even if he has to force it, and he should probably start giving this dude the benefit of the doubt. At least sometimes. A little more often then he has so far. Honesty has, once again, recovered the conversation in Gyre's eyes at least.
