Terrence takes the cup gratefully, but doesn't actually drink from it yet. It's not like he thinks she'll try to poison him or anything, and he's certainly a fan of butterscotch, but, well... It just seems a bit like his obligation as a knight to not so readily accept a drink from the Wizard. The warmth against his furred hands is appreciated, at least.
"He would beg to differ," Terrence chuckles darkly. "He seems to hold you accountable for pretty much all of this. I suppose he hinted that he was at least involved, but it seems he blames you above all else." Terrence's tone is more amused than anything as if he doesn't entirely believe it.
In part, he's hoping that the Wizard might be a bit less tight-lipped, but... Well, another part of him makes him obviously skeptical of anything she'll share anyway.
