The straightforwardness of Haizea's plan makes Terrence laugh again; he can't help it. He's so used to the conniving and backstabbing practices of high society and the elite classes that the most direct approach honestly doesn't even occur to him most of the time. His conversations thus far with both the Wizard and Protector haven't discouraged that demeanor, to be fair.
"There's a thought," he acknowledges with a grin. "Going right to the source, who would've thought? Mm, well, perhaps not the source source, but you know what I mean!"
The rabbit knight's cheeky grin grows even more as he thinks more on the implications of Haizea's words. "Would you beleive that I've been thinking the same, though..? The Wizard must be just as stuck in this damn cycle as we are. It simply doesn't make any sense otherwise. As powerful as they've proven to be, even if the Protector was living up to his namesake, she'd have been able to turn the tide before now. There's just no way."
