"I'm updating them! I promise, I promise." Luka insists. "Just... not as much as my mother would prefer. She's always been overprotective, but this whole situation is, you know, life threatening so... she's gone into overdrive, right?"

Luka says those words without nearly as much gravity as they demanded. He's aware of the danger of being a chosen Knight or the Princess, but doesn't seem to apply the risks to himself as much as one in his position should.
