Gyre is halfway to trying to push the Wizard to be more direct when Five just goes and blurts that out?? God dammit, Five, that makes it sound way fucking worse then it is!!!

"I--" he starts, only to immediately fluster and lose his voice. "I was hurt b-badly, and it healed me! I was just offering!" He sounds utterly embarrassed, like he got caught trying to do something completely awkward for a crush, and he only just realized how awkward it would be when someone else said it out loud.

He makes this truly pathetic little noise, whipping around and putting his back to the both of them. "I'll just wash it off," he declares suddenly as if this was his plan all along.
