Luka breathes in deep, taking in the rather uncommon scents for a vegetable garden. He only wonders what they're growing that smells so strongly of cinnamon. Is it actual cinnamon? Kind of an unusual choice for a garden like this, but nothing was very usual about these monsters at all.

He's suddenly very aware that he hasn't eaten a thing all day. Coffee in the morning at the Bamborough Cafe and two more cups when the Wizard appearified them at the lake, but nothing solid. Luka stands there salivating at the enticing smells while his stomach cries out for appeasement.

"Eight... can humans eat these vegetables too?" He asks, sheepishly.
