Garrot at least glances at the mug before the piece of paper flies his way. He snatches it up and almost rips it apart to get to the informational center. And his face drops, his ears droop, his eyes go wide and if he weren't mostly dehydrated from vomiting his worldview away, he'd have teared up.
So he busts out laughing. Fuckin' drugs, y'know? The laugh is deep, with a sort of rasp to it, and it lasts for about five seconds.
"Yeah..." The Monkey Knight sighs, trying to compose himself. Part of him thinks it's wrong that he's showing any kind of humor at his father's death. But that self-hatred is quickly buried under the mood-lifting effects of medication. "I don't know what else I expected. He told me. You were there!" But then he leans forward a bit, wobbling as his center of balance shifts, and he's staring right into her once-living eye.
"I need more than that." And then he gives the names, years, and animal companion designations of three Knights. First, an unaligned elven woman who died about twelve years prior. Then, a Wizard-aligned tiefling man from about ten years ago. Finally, an unaligned woman from about seven years ago, the new mother who died before her daughter was old enough to remember her. To someone who doesn't know his life, this would seem utterly ridiculous. But to Garrot?
He needs to know who else he's seeking vengeance for.
