Luka was not expecting to be literally swept off his feet by this man. He feels his heart skip as he's lifted, both from surprise and the pure affection in the motion. Luka could hear praise all day and he was accustomed to being told he's amazing - but coming from Gyre it felt completely new.

He's still recovering as Gyre sets him down. It takes a moment before he registers that Gyre is actually going to run, and for the first few strides he's being pulled along while in a smitten daze.

When his mind finally catches up with his body, Luka begins laughing. First a quiet, restrained giggle that soon erupts in to full, untamed laughter as they run along. It felt freeing and reckless, like breaking some unspoken rule.

"Gyre!" He calls out between laughter and the ragged breaths of one unaccustomed to running. "You're amazing!"
