"Should we save them? I've seen whole sections of the forest taken over by plants brought in by you city folk," he says almost automatically, only to take a short breath through his nose. Why is he thinking about this right now, god dammit. They're supposed to be relaxing!!!!

"Ah, never mind. That's not... important," he stumbles over himself, trying to find his way back to the cadence they'd had just a second ago. He's had to think way too hard about way too many things over the past week, and he's craving that touch as much as Luka seems to.
