Gyre and Garrot are lucky that shield flashed up a few moments ago. It kept the big guy from being just as escalated as Gyre was. And when the doctor gets the same degree of angry questioning, well, he's not surprised. He's angry, and they're all winging it as much as they want to say otherwise. So he prepared himself for this, for screaming and frustration and even fist fights.

So it might be weird when Garrot doesn't say anything, he just crosses his arms and closes his eyes. He waits until Gyre asks if he has a plan.

"Of course I have a plan!" The words are barked out, more defensive than angry. "Sxicq hasn't been able to do anything for forty years, and they're the reason this is all happening." He sighs, knowing how useless that sounds. "Maybe now that they can walk around and try, we can come up with something that doesn't make people die every year." He scoffs, clearly dealing with his own frustrations.

"Or we just convince them to send us forty years ago."
