"I don't.... I don't really see what else I could tell him." He sighs, clearly lapsing back into a moment of burnt out exhaustion. Then a moment later, he's buried it again! "Unless... I talk about how I've been spending years developing treatments for the people fighting monsters?"
He sounds unsure. It's not really a secret or emotional leverage as a stated thing he has done that is pro-Protector. And that might not be enough.
