"Not like that!" There's an edge in his voice, a pain with his objection. "Sxicq might not have to destroy everything to leave! A bunch of ocean or even just this island would be easier to evacuate than the whole world!"
He takes a deep breath, not planning on stopping there.
"And we don't have to trap or hurt anyone. If Sxicq can have a body without blowing up the planet, then..." He grits his teeth for a moment, unwilling to let go of his hopes for a happier resolution. "Then why can't the people that were pieces of them?!" But then he takes a long breath out.
Problem solving is hard enough when Garrot is bad at words, let alone when the problems are on a cosmic scale he struggles to comprehend...
