The day begins quietly, with no indications that anything strange could occur today. The Princess and the Knights have all arrived on the island. Maybe you arrived a few days ago or maybe you just got off your red-eye flight before the sun came up. Everyone's on Harsen Island and so is the Wizard.

Things start simpler for Luka Eutychia, Olivia Walkyr, and Rory Honeycomb. The instant they set foot on the island, Olivia and Rory will both get an image of Luka in their heads and realize that they are the good-allured knights and he's the Princess. Luka, meanwhile, will see both Olivia and Rory in his thoughts and realize they're the good allured knights.

6:00am: It's the early morning celebration van! In all three towns, someone's driving around a vehicle playing blaring music and shouting "Let's go Knights! Let's go Princess! Beat that Wizard!". Seems like someone wants the heroes to succeed, hopefully your characters weren't sleeping. If you confront them, maybe they'll have something to say?

8:00am: Far Haven: All Knights and the Princess are invited to a big breakfast banquet. Come one, come all! Maybe meet some of the locals? Maybe chat with your fellow heroes? All knights are given lanyards, but the princess gets a lanyard and a crown if he's here, and they're all seated at the big hero table.

9:30am: Bamborough: All Knights and the Princess are invited to an oceanside brunch! Wether they live in Bamborough or they live elsewhere and visited here, they're welcome to eat the brunch and participate in waterfront games. Thank the resort owner for this welcome! Or chat it up with your fellow heroes by the water. By now everyone should be full.

11:00am: Craydon: Craydon's welcome is much more modest, the locals have invited the Princess and his knights to the local Multipurpose Center. They've set out a spread of light appetizers, chips and dips, vegetables and spreads, fresh breads and cheeses, modest drinks. It's the least extravagant of the welcomes but the locals are still here to meet and greet everyone. With a smile and a handshake they wish everyone the best of luck. How are you and your fellow heroes holding up with all this attention? Did you skip all these events? Attend all of them?

11:30am: The Wizard (Year 40 She/Her/Hers) strides in to the Craydon Multipurpose Center with her hands in her pockets and casually looks around the room with a gentle smile on her face and huge bags under her eyes. Her eyes are black with cyan sparkles in them, looking very much like outer space itself as she scans the room and everyone in it. Good luck for anyone here, they get first dibs on seeing the Wizard. She'll be shuffling around the multipurpose center in her light blue pajamas and bunny slippers, occasionally adjusting her tiny glasses as she looks around. At least she's got her wizard hat on so no one could miss what she looks like this year. It's a shocking difference from the big muscled dude (Year 39 He/Him/His) she was last year or the slick suit-wearing smooth talker (Year 38 They/Them/Theirs) they were the year before but it's still absolutely the same wizard.

Indicate if a post is a private conversation with "Private" in the subject otherwise all threads should be open to interaction with others. Plan OOCly how you'd like to toss everyone around. Several simultaneous wizard conversations can exist in the replies, she's going to stick around to talk to everyone. Feel free to OOCly decide what order they spoke in or leave it a mystery.

Trying to make his faux pas into a more smooth motion, Terrence simply folds his hands in front of himself, continuing to smile warmly.

"Certainly can't blame you for that," he concedes. Really he was only half serious, but it was the thought of the offer, right? "If you can think of anything that might help the rest of the nights, do let me know! I'm personally a fan of ASMR, myself. Have quite the collection if you're interested!"

It's some of that weird shit, too, like the personalized ones you can only get from being someone's Patreon donor and junk. He's rich, it's whatevs.

Seth's lips quirk into a momentary small smile, he appreciated the thought.

"I'm not really...into...that kind of stuff. But...I do like to have a quiet, calm ambience sort of music when I'm trying to fall asleep."

"Certainly," he nods, inwardly considering that it's probably for the best anyway. Not that Seth is anything one could call a 'Normie', but Terrence's selection might be a bit out-there for him.

"You at least have your housing here to yourself, yes?" Maybe not everyone was lucky enough to get a cute little beach house.

That get's Seth smiling a little more even.

"Well actually my friends are waiting for me there...but I like having them around even when I sleep. I would have brought them with me but...I could only bring Abigail since she fits in my bag."

"Oooh, you brought guests?" Terrence's brows shoot up with obvious surprise. While he'd checked up on the interviews at least enough to catch names and recognize most of the other knights on sight, he hadn't really listened in to the details.

The revelation that one of them could fit inside of his bag leads Terrence to amend with a guess, "Or... Pets..?"

Seth actually kind of pouts as he brings Abigail out of his bag, holding her to his chest.

"They're not pets. I told you, they're my friends."

Welcome to the reality of Seth, Terrence.
This boy is a puppet/doll enthusiast and delusional about it.

"Oh. Friends, of course! No offense intended, I assure you," he corrects himself, sounding genuine enough. Terrence leans in slightly to get a better look at Abigail. So by logic, the others are large enough that they won't fit in his bag... "And how many did you bring along?"

Well that's a button you sure pressed. Because to Seth asking about his puppet friends in general was good enough excuse to unleash the flood-gates.

"Oh! Well-"

And there he went, cheerfully giving short summaries of upwards of 20 different puppets.

While Terrence certainly hadn't intended to step on that landmine, he's polite enough to quietly accept the consequences. In fact, he even seems vaguely interested, or at least not outwardly bored!

After Seth finishes, Terrence nods, "Ah, I see... And do you work with your friends? What exactly do you do for a living?" He'd only seen enough of the interviews to really recognize the other knights by name and face.

Seth blushed a little at the question, scratching his cheek a little as he put Abigail back in his bag for now, before typing out a reply.

"Oh...well...not really. They mostly just...enjoy themselves. It's okay though. And well um...I do commissions...I make custom puppets and dolls..."

"Oh, excellent!" Terrence's tone perks up again, betraying more genuine interest. While he can only muster so much enthusiasm for hearing about Seth's family of friends specifically, he's actually quite interested in people who make a living off of creative endeavors. "Is that very stable? I assume it's enough to make a living on..?"

Seth smiles a little at the genuine interest.

"It...was a bit of a struggle starting out I admit but...nowdays it pays quite well and I always have several people looking to commission when I open another spot. I've...kind of gotten a...well I don't know if I'd call it a fanbase but...something of the sort online."

Terrence nods, "I can't imagine that could be easy to get started with, no... But once you're established, it must be very rewarding to do something so creative and personalized, not to mention with a reputation built off of your own talents..!" Is that a bit of jealousy? "I'm glad it seems to be working out for you."

Seth can't help but smile a little more, he looks really happy.
"Yeah...I really love it. I love making dolls and puppets, and being able to make others dream puppets and dolls come true makes it all the better."

That's a good look. Boy's a little weird, still, but he looks nice when he's happy.

"Do you have a card?" Terrence asks, adjusting his cuff. "I don't really see myself needing a custom doll any time soon, but... Well, who knows?" He may or may not just want to support a small business.

Seth is...absolutely shocked by the question, fiddling a bit with what to answer with before typing out.
"I...don't really have a card since...I pretty much only work through the internet...but I could write the down the domain of my shop for you if you'd like!"

"Ah... Of course," he considers again, slightly awkwardly. Obviously such small businesses like that wouldn't have cards. Another highlight to the different worlds they live in.

"That will work! I'll be sure to make a bookmark of it for later," he adds. They still use 'bookmark's on mobile browsers, right? That was relevant? He meant it regardless, it was more just a question of terminology...
