Day 1: Evening

The first day has come to a close, the only things left to do are get some food and get some rest. Fortunately the residents of Bamborough are hosting a party to congratulate the heroes on their first victory, unfortunately it's running for several hours this evening. There's only so much time for sleep. What kind of balance will your hero try to strike?

Unfortunately for everyone, the evil-allured knights will be treated to a rude wake-up surprise when they finally go to sleep. No matter when they finally set their head down to rest, they all wake up at the same time, in the same place. Only the evil-allured knights will have access to this post, click to see if you've been chosen.

The good-allured knights, meanwhile, are free of a visit tonight with the Princess and the Protector. The two of them, however, are due to have a chat. Questions have to be answered, after all! He's dressed in his usual attire:

He's the same height as Luka with dark skin and vivid blue eyes that match the color of the sky. He has wicked winged white eyeliner to accent his eyes and curly black hair with white tips piled on top of his head, it's a wonder how it stays up there. Surprisingly, or unsurprisingly, he's wearing a pajama robe that looks either blue or silver depending how it's touched or how it moves. Most importantly is that he's got brass knuckles on both his hands, like he's ready to fight. But he's not here to fight, he's here to give a whisper about what comes next.

• Bamborough Party: To celebrate the defeat of the first monster, a full banquet is being held near the beach in Bamborough. Unlimited food, unlimited drinks, and most importantly of all was a small stockpile of blankets, sheets, pillows, and toiletries to offer any knight who might've forgotten something on the way out here. Naturally, every item is sponsored.


• You're all over Social Media!: Videos were successfully taken of all twelve knights and the princess during the first battle, and now the world is abuzz about what happened! What are they saying about your hero? How did they even get this footage? Or worst of all, how bad are they dissing your camera skills for those that recorded themselves?


• A late night walk: The first day is over, the first monster is dead. How's your character holding up? Do they seek out support from a fellow hero? Do they spend it alone? What kind of night are they having now that it's all real?


• A late night meal: Anyone leaving the Bamborough party late enough will be able to spot that a local late night ramen shop is open for business. If your hero hasn't quite eaten enough, they can drop by for a bite. But be warned, a certain sleepy villain is getting a bite to eat herself. Care to share a ramen bar meal with the enemy?

Gail looked at the doll with curiosity. Clearly it was very much cared for, he could tell Seth was very attached to it.

"Nice to meet you Abigail! My name is Gail I hope we can be friends too!"

Seth seems to realize something, silently chuckling as he first signs to Abigail, then moves her likes she's laughing before typing for her again?

"I think it'd be weird if we couldn't, your name is in mine after all!"

Gail blinks few times before laughing a little. "Oh you're right! What a fun little coincidence!!"

Seth smiles wider at the laugh. He's really happy Gail was enjoying talking to Abigail, with a little assistance from him via translation.

"You two are already getting along so great...I'm glad."

[partyhorse]

"Of course! She seems very sweet!" Gail says. Seth seems pleased with this which is good, he's glad his new friend is happy!!

[silentwords]

Seth seems to fidget a little, but something had been on his mind for a little and the curiosity is eating him alive now.
"Hey...I...hope this isn't an awkward question but...what's it like being a centaur? And...can I...maybe...tooouuchhh you??? I'm sorry it's just, I've never met a centaur before..."
He's immediately blushing up a storm.

Gail blinked few times. The touching question wasn't new, but the other was. "UH, well. I don't really know how to describe it? It's just who I am... But uh, you can touch yeah! Go a head!"

That made sense he supposed. Seth was very happy to hear Gail didn't mind him asking to touch him. So he moved closer to run his hand along Gail's back and...wow that sure was a feel. And now he's just kind of stuck there in awe as he 'pets' Gail.

Gail just let himself be petted, it felt nice and Seth seemed to be very happy to get to do this.

[silentwords]

Seth WAS very happy to get to do this. Though eventually he had to tear himself away because he feared it would get awkward, even though reality he could have probably kept going for like half an hour more.

"Thank you. That was...honestly really cool. I've never touched a horse, let alone a centaur before."

[partyhorse]

Gail laughed a little and smiled at Seth. "It's no big deal! I'm glad you we're having a good time!"

[silentwords]

Seth blushed a little but gave a small grin. Though he reluctantly looked at the clock from his phone.

"Hey...I'd love to talk more but...I should probably start heading back so I can get to sleep early today...I haven't slept at all except for a nap since I woke up Yesterday."

[partyhorse]

"Oh of course! Don't let me keep you! You should go get the sleep you need!" Gail said. He should, probably go home soon too.

[silentwords]

"Yeah I...really should get back. I'll see you tomorrow I guess?"

Seth smiles as he takes a few steps back and cranes his head so he can actually properly look at Gail's face as he types that.

"Yeah see you!!" Gail said and gave Seth one more smile.

Seth gave Gail a happy wave, making Abigail wave too, before heading back. He honestly was eager to discuss the day with his puppets.
