He honestly doesn't see Seth for a good long while here. There have been lots of folks walking or riding their bikes on the path beside him, and he just can't be bothered to pay attention to everyone trying to get an afternoon run in. He's just trying to force himself through his lunch, eyes mostly unfocused forward.
