Seth had decided to retreat to the roof of the hotel for some fresh air, too anxious to sleep and he'd figured the roof would be deserted.

Except it wasn't.

Seth was really surprised to see someone else there, smelling a hint of cigarette smoke, but he can deal with that. At least it wasn't the smell of coffee.
